Experiment of GEO Grid DEM/ortho Images Generation Services

(This experiment is completed by March 2011.)

Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST) performs a biennial experiment to serve a generator of a Digital Elevation Model (DEM) based on satellite data in a virtual organization (VO) as part of the GEO Grid Project that the institute promotes. Throughout this experiment we aim to contribute a generation of a broad area DEM with high accuracy, which is base information of the earth science. First, we start the service for PRISM data. Other sensors on satellites and aircrafts will be targeted sequentially.

User Registration
